Academic Panel
Presentations
Information for Presenters
Presenters assigned to an Academic Panel Presentation will typically be grouped with two other presentations with a similar topic where feasible.
Each presenter will be allotted up to 12 minutes to present. All questions will be held until the end to ensure each presenter has sufficient time to finish their presentation.
All presenters will have access to standard Audio/Visual. Presenters must provide their own laptop to connect to the presentation equipment. You will need to connect to the equipment using an HDMI port. Presenters using a Mac will need to supply an adapter/converter to connect.
Please note that WiFi will not be available, so we recommend downloading your presentation to your hard drive.
A moderator will be assigned to your session to ensure the session runs smoothly.
Presenters should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session time.
Poster
Presentations
Information for Presenters
Students assigned to a Poster Session will exhibit for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

SRHC will supply an easel and poster board for displaying your poster presentation. Posters can be printed on paper or fabric, but they must be able to adhere to the poster panel provided.

SRHC will provide binder clips for securing your poster to the poster board. Please do not use push pins.

Recommended Poster Size: 36'' H x 48'' W

SRHC does not provide poster printing. Presenters will need to supply their own poster.

No tables, chairs, electronics, or audiovisual equipment are allowed in the poster viewing area (except in the instance of accessibility needs).
Poster Set-Up and Tear Down
Presenters should arrive to set up their posters at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Posters must be taken down immediately following the session.
Roundtables & Workshops
Information for Presenters
Those presenting a Roundtable or Workshop will not have a moderator. You will be responsible for running the session on your own, as you will be the only one assigned to that room for the duration of the session.
All presenters will have access to standard Audio/Visual. Presenters must provide their own laptop to connect to the presentation equipment.
Please note that WiFi will not be available, so we recommend downloading your presentation to your hard drive.
Please start and conclude your session on time to allow for the next session.
