SRHC 2020 Conference Registration Payment by Check

Thank you for participating in the 2020 Southern Regional Honors Council Conference, to be held March 19-21 at the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel! You have indicated that you will be paying the registration fee by check. Please follow the instructions below to complete the registration and transaction process.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION:

  1. Navigate to the SRHC 2020 conference webpage : https://sites.grenadine.co/sites/srhc/en/srhc2020

  2. Before adding any quantities of registrants, type the coupon code PAYBYCHECK into the coupon code space at the top of the form, and click the button to apply the coupon. New ticket types listed as “Free” will appear.

  3. Select the number of tickets from the now-available “Free” types you would like, and click on the "Add to cart" button. You will not need to add A/V fees or printed program fees in the online form. Those fees will be added on the following page.

  4. Once you have added all relevant ticket types to your cart, click on the yellow"Proceed to checkout" button on the top of the page. From here, you will be taken to a login page where you can create a Grenadine account, login if you already have an account, login with a social media account, or continue as a guest. Select the option that is most appropriate for you.

  5. Complete the buyer and ticket information on the form that appears.

  6. PLEASE see the next section for information on how to complete payment for your registration(s), A/V, and printed program(s).

  7. HOW TO PAY: On the next page of this document is the 2020 Conference Payment Form. Please type the necessary information into this form, print it, and use it as an invoice for your institution to make payment. The mailing address to which your check shall be delivered is indicated on the bottom of the form. PLEASE check the math for accuracy of payment amount. You will be notified when your check has arrived.

Instructions for making payment

The invoice form that you should use to calculate the cost of registration for your attendees can be obtained by clicking on the box below. Please complete the form and mail it to the address listed below. We realize that some of your institutions may send the check separately. In this case, you may e-mail the completed invoice form to Rebecca Freeman as a PDF, and we will inform you when your check arrives.
