SRHC 2019 Conference Registration Payment by Check


If you or your institution is required to make registration payment by check, please follow the instructions detailed below.

Instructions for registering attendees

  1. Navigate to the SRHC 2019 webpage at www.srhconline.org/conference.

  2. Click the button “Register Now.” This will take you to the Grenadine registration page.

  3. Before adding any quantities of registrants, type the coupon code PAYBYCHECK into the coupon code space at the top of the form, and click the button to apply the coupon. Four new ticket types listed as “Free” will appear.

  4. Select the number of tickets from the now-available “Free” types you would like, and click on the green "Add to cart" button.

  5. Once you have added all relevant ticket types to your cart, click on the yellow "Proceed to checkout" button on the top of the page. From here, you will be taken to a login page where you can create a Grenadine account, login if you already have an account, login with a social media account, or continue as a guest. Select the option that is most appropriate for you.

  6. Complete the buyer and ticket information on the form that appears.

  7. Please see the next section for information on how to complete payment for your registration.


Instructions for making payment

The invoice form that you should use to calculate the cost of registration for your attendees can be obtained by clicking on the box below. Please complete the form and mail it to the address listed below. We realize that some of your institutions may send the check separately. In this case, you may e-mail the completed invoice form to Kristen Bartels as a PDF, and we will inform you when your check arrives.
