2009 Conference?

I know that the 2008 conference is barely over, but has any mention of the 2009 conference been made? City? Dates? etc.?

I ask because I'm putting together our budget request for next year and I usually like to include as many specifics as possible.

Just for the record, I don't think the dates have been set yet.

SRHC 2009 will be in St Petersburg Florida. Most likely early April. Contracts have not been signed as of yet

Is the information from NCHC (the handout with the call for submissions) going to be posted on this forum? I thought someone said it was already on this site but I can't find the info. I may not be looking in the right place.

Friends, I can't find info. about proposals for 2009 either. Will a message appear here or by email to membership? Also, I heard at NCHC that the forum format of the SRHC site was going to be revised to make it more web-page-like and friendlier. Any news?

Hard copies of the Conference flier, Call for Proposals, Conference Information, Hotel Information (Contained in the pdf "2009 SRHC at NCHC" under Phil's post) and Registration forms (Contained in pdf "REgistration 2009 SRHC" under Phil's post) are being mailed out the week of November 17th to all member institutions. Information on Dollars for Scholars will also be included in the mailing.
